City play rugs

We create play rugs inspired by cities and the way people live in them.

Our work sits at the intersection of play, design, and urban thinking. We are interested in streets and squares, in how movement happens, where people meet, and how everyday life is shaped by space. This background in urban studies and urbanism naturally found its way into what we make.

We believe play doesn’t need to be separated from the rest of the home. Objects for children can be thoughtful, well-designed, and part of shared spaces — without losing their sense of curiosity or joy.

Our rugs are made from natural materials and produced consciously, with attention to quality, longevity, and responsible processes. We focus on design that lasts — visually, physically, and emotionally.

We also see the rug as a shared ground. A place where children play and adults linger. Where building a city, reading a book, or simply lying on the floor can happen side by side. In this sense, the rug becomes a connecting space — between play and everyday life, between children and parents.

What we create is not about loud statements or fixed rules. It’s about giving space — for movement, imagination, connection, and everyday stories to unfold.
